Rose Clean Services is a trade name of Origo Capital LLC (Florida). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Effective November 2026.

We collect only what you send us to quote, schedule and perform your service: name, phone, email, ZIP code, address, home details and your preferred language.

Text messages and WhatsApp: by checking the consent box you agree to receive messages about your request and your service, such as quotes, confirmations, reminders and reports. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in.

We use trusted providers to run the business, such as Google (forms, spreadsheets and email), WhatsApp and our payment processor. They handle data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your information, and mobile numbers and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Door codes and keys are stored securely and shared only with the team assigned to your home. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
