Water, power and AC must be on. Please empty cabinets and defrost the freezer the day before.
Never included: Biohazards, mold remediation, pest infestations, exterior windows above the ground floor, moving heavy furniture, pressure washing and carpet shampoo.

Yes. Without running water and electricity we cannot clean properly.
