Essential Clean
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly. The whole home cleaned to the same checklist, beds made with fresh linens and towels washed in your home while we clean.
From $115 per visit

If the home has not been professionally cleaned in a while, we start with a Deep Clean.

Your schedule
Same day and time slot whenever possible.

No long-term contract
A 2-month minimum keeps your plan discount. After that, pause or reschedule with 48 hours notice.

Everything in the Deep Clean (linens aside, the home is empty), plus:
Empty home
- Inside every cabinet, drawer and closet, hinges included
- Inside the freezer and dishwasher
- Closet rods, shelves and floors
- Vent covers removed, washed and put back
- Every floor vacuumed and scrubbed by hand
- Final walkthrough of every room
Water, power and AC must be on. Please empty cabinets and defrost the freezer the day before.
Never included: Biohazards, mold remediation, pest infestations, exterior windows above the ground floor, moving heavy furniture, pressure washing and carpet shampoo.
Questions
Do you do laundry?
We wash and dry the bed linens and towels in your machines while we clean, then make the beds. Laundry of clothes is not part of the package.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key or door code. We store access details securely and never label keys with addresses.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, professional products and equipment. If you prefer a product, leave it out and we will use it.
